Exclusive Distribution

Exclusive distribution is an extreme form of selective distribution in which only one wholesaler, retailer or distributor is used in a specific geographical area.

Throughout our work, we are faced with a situation, in which many foreign companies want to enter international markets, but do not know how to do it! It is for this purpose that the owners of the company have created our project. And many of our partners are interested in how exactly we can help these companies. Then we make a request to the manufacturer in order to get the prices for the goods, after that we ask for the maximum possible discount and, based on the information received and the manufacturer's recommendation, we select the most interesting positions and offer you several models of cooperation. After that, you (manufacturers) choose the most interesting model of cooperation in your opinion, and we sign a contract for the provision of an exclusive or its equivalent. The purpose of signing this contract, based on its essence, is to provide exclusive rights in the agreed territories, in which we can promote your product. After that, you must confirm the quality of your product for us in any way convenient for you, and immediately after that our sales specialists begin to promote your product on the agreed market. The main methods that we use and guarantee to our partners are:

- placement in at least 30 information sources of information about the product line that we have in stock;

- cold calls;

- we work out a promotion strategy.

We act according to the same principle by which we found you: we form a base of potential buyers, after that we offer the entire available assortment of goods to the buyer. During their working process, our managers make at least 400 calls.

The main key point is that we do not ask for a single cent for this work, our earnings can only appear if we can find a buyer for your products. It can be from 3 to 7% of each transaction, depending on the product.

The minimum agreed amount of work, efforts, promotions that the company must perform, subject to the signing of an agreement, consists of posting information about the product line on at least 30 Internet resources and making calls (at least 300 potential buyers) during the term of the agreement.
