Delivery

Orders are always processed in the order they are received. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended.

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Processing time for your order: 1–5 working days from the order.

CWH will dispatch most orders within 2–4 working days from the processing of the order  assuming all items are in stock. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative product or other arrangement. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some catalogue promotions. Contact us for more information.

Estimated delivery time to other countries: 3–7 working days from the processing of the order.

We usually process orders on the following weekday after the order was placed. The delivery times provided here are estimates and do not bind the seller. [] is not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs incurred to the customer if the delivery is delayed. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to national holidays.
